At the end of the process the customer engages with the product or the display. This is where the rubber meets the road. If it is a Display - is it interesting? Is it informative? Is there enough interest to read on? If it is a product - what is the value proposition? Or is there enough impulse to select and buy? Then there are the functional issues of security, initial cost, staff loading and maintenance. The viewer and the product or display is a one-to-one personal environment.
